How the Foundation handles your information.

This website collects only the information you choose to send us. That means the details you enter into an inquiry form — such as your name, title, organization, work email, telephone number, organization website and the message you write — and any information you include when you email the Foundation directly.

The site does not require an account, and there is no login. We do not ask visitors for government identification numbers, and we never ask for card or bank details through this website.

Spaceposium Foundation does not collect, process or store payment card information on this website. When online donation processing is activated, gifts will be handled by an established third-party payment processor under the Foundation's own nonprofit account, and your card details will be provided to that processor rather than to this site.

The Foundation will receive from the processor only the information required to acknowledge and record your gift, such as your name, contact details, amount and any designation you selected.

We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate potential funding relationships, to acknowledge and record charitable gifts, to meet legal and charitable reporting obligations, and to keep you informed about the work you have supported if you have asked us to.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not share donor or inquiry information with the separate for-profit company Spaceposium, Inc. for commercial purposes.

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website, deliver email and — once activated — process donations. Those providers may handle your information only as needed to perform their service for the Foundation, and are expected to protect it accordingly.

This website is built to function without advertising trackers. Any measurement used is limited to understanding how pages perform so the site can be improved. If analytics or cookie-based tools are added in future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the relationship it concerns. Donation records are retained for the periods required by tax, charitable-registration and accounting obligations.

You may ask the Foundation to confirm what personal information it holds about you, to correct it, or to delete it where no legal retention obligation applies. You may also ask to be removed from any Foundation mailing at any time.

This website is intended for adults — donors, funders, educators and school administrators. The Foundation does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. Any student participation in Foundation programs is arranged through schools with appropriate permissions.

If this policy changes materially — for example when online donation processing is activated — the updated policy will be published on this page.
