The six-stage model
Every project follows the same path.
- 01
A school is nominated or identified
Schools reach out directly, or are identified through educators, districts and community supporters who see an unmet need in a shared learning space.
- 02
Need, eligibility, readiness and approval are reviewed
The Foundation reviews the room, existing infrastructure, technical readiness, local administrative approval and program fit before any commitment is made.
- 03
Funding is matched to an approved project scope
A written scope defines the coordinated AV Upgrade Set for that specific room. Grant or donor funding is then matched to that approved scope.
- 04
Equipment and services are procured, installed, tested and documented
Procurement and installation are carried out with qualified providers, followed by commissioning, testing and written documentation of what was delivered.
- 05
Educators and learners receive orientation or training
Staff receive practical orientation so the system is used confidently for instruction, assemblies, live programming and student production.
- 06
Verified milestones and appropriate impact stories are reported
The Foundation reports what has actually been completed and verified. Reach numbers are never estimated, projected or rounded upward.

- Completed installations with documented scope and date.
- Orientation and training sessions actually delivered.
- Programming sessions run in equipped shared spaces.
- Named schools, sponsors and partners only with written permission.
- Impact stories collected with consent from the people involved.
We will not publish
- Estimated or projected student reach presented as achieved reach.
- Cumulative totals that include unapproved or incomplete projects.
- Testimonials, quotes or case studies that were not actually given.
- Logos or names implying a relationship that has not been verified.
- The 10,000-school goal framed as anything other than aspirational.

Funders conducting due diligence can request the Foundation’s current documentation directly. Requests are answered by a member of the Foundation rather than through an automated download.
