Spaceposium Foundation connects philanthropic support with shared educational technology, Space-STEM learning resources and practical training, so schools have stronger tools to see, hear, explore, create and connect.

The Foundation is directed by its board, which sets program priorities, approves budgets and oversees the use of charitable funds. Charitable contributions and grants are recorded separately from any commercial activity and are applied only to the Foundation’s exempt purposes.

Each funded school project proceeds against a written scope. Procurement, installation and activation are documented, and public reporting is limited to milestones that have actually been verified. The Foundation does not publish estimated reach or unverified relationships.
