Our Mission

Educational Infrastructure for the Space Age™

Spaceposium Foundation exists to make space-age learning physically possible inside ordinary schools — starting with the shared space where the most students gather.

Who we are

A Florida nonprofit public charity.

Spaceposium Foundation, Inc. is a Florida nonprofit public charity recognized under Section 501(c)(3). The Foundation connects philanthropic support with shared educational technology, Space-STEM learning resources and practical training, so that schools have stronger tools to see, hear, explore, create and connect.

Spaceposium Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit public charity. It is a separate organization from the for-profit company Spaceposium, Inc. Charitable contributions and grants support Foundation programs only and are never combined with commercial sales or commercial payment accounts.

How we work

Four operating principles.

These principles determine what the Foundation funds, what it promises and what it publishes.

Fund the constraint, not the slogan

The Foundation concentrates on the specific thing that blocks access: a shared space that cannot display or carry sound well enough for the whole school to take part.

Scope before commitment

No project proceeds without a written scope agreed with the school. Equipment, cost and timeline follow the room, not a marketing package.

Report only what is verified

Completed installations, delivered training and delivered programming. No projected reach, no invented statistics, no unverified partnerships.

Keep charitable and commercial strictly separate

Foundation giving is never mixed with commercial sales or the payment accounts of the separate for-profit company.

Long-range objective

Ambition grounded in accountability.

Spaceposium has set an aspirational long-range goal to help equip as many as 10,000 schools. This is a long-range objective, not a current reach claim, a projection, or a set of awarded projects. No school is enrolled, funded, or equipped until a project scope has been approved and completed.
